About Me...

   I'm a little old lady with an M.D. and a Ph.D. in British History, who has written in the past on the history of capital punishment as well as the history of disease. 


 

   At this stage in my life I have decided to let my freak flag fly and write about whatever interests me.  

 

   And to gather in one place essays written over the years on a variety of topics.

   Sometimes what I write is serious, but this is also a project dedicated to occasionally indulging my inner wiseass.
